How to Use
Week 1: 5 ml in 50 ml lukewarm water, twice daily, 30 minutes before meals on an empty stomach
Week 2: 10 ml in 100 ml lukewarm water, twice daily
Week 3 onwards: 15 ml in 150 ml lukewarm water, twice daily
Avoid tea, coffee, or food for about 1 hour after taking
