Description Beedan 70mg Tablet contains Dasatinib (70 mg per tablet), a targeted anti-cancer medicine from the tyrosine kinase inhibitor group. It blocks the abnormal BCR-ABL protein and other kinases that drive the growth of certain leukaemia cells, which slows or stops their multiplication. It is prescribed for Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML), including newly diagnosed chronic-phase CML, and for CML or Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) in patients who are resistant or intolerant to earlier therapy, as decided by the treating oncologist.
